1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Raha, governing your access to and use of the Raha mobile application, our websites (https://rahaapp.com and https://raha.app), and all associated services, features, and content (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

3. User Eligibility and Account Registration
Eligibility Requirements:

• Legal authority to enter contracts
• Accurate and verifiable information
• Compliance with applicable laws

Account Security:
• Provide valid mobile number
• Create a secure password
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Notify Raha immediately of unauthorized access

4. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Users must not:
• Use the platform for illegal/fraudulent activities
• Create multiple/fake accounts
• Interfere with platform operations
• Reverse engineer or scrape data
• Circumvent verification systems
• Submit fraudulent chargebacks

5. Third-Party Vendors and Delivery Partners
Users acknowledge:
• Raha does not own or control vendor products
• Raha is not responsible for vendor delays
• Users must provide accurate recipient information

6. Pricing, Fees, and Payment Terms
Prices may vary and include taxes/fees. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
Fraudulent payment activity results in termination and potential legal action.

7. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Refunds are allowed only when:
• Item not delivered
• Vendor supplied incorrect/damaged item
• Delivery partner fault

8. Prohibited Goods
Prohibited items include:
• Illegal substances
• Weapons
• Restricted drugs
• Pornographic materials
• Items banned by customs

9. SMS Messaging Policy (AP DLC Compliance)
• OTPs only for security
• No promotional SMS
• STOP to opt-out
• HELP for assistance
• Carriers not liable for delays

10. Intellectual Property
All platform content is owned by Raha or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. Termination of Use
Accounts may be terminated for:
• Policy violations
• Fraud/illegal activity
• Misuse of verification

12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "AS IS" without warranties. No guarantees for accuracy, timeliness, or product quality.

13. Limitation of Liability
Raha is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability limited to the total fees paid in the past 6 months.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes handled in California courts.

15. Modifications to Terms
Raha may update Terms anytime. Continued use = acceptance.
